Have you read "I Robot" by Isaac Asimov? My dad had that book. It's a collection of interesting short stories. Asimov starts off with the guidelines under which robots were built, i.e. they cannot harm humans. I should borrow the 2004 film of it someday. The Foundation series was a strange set because it took place over so long a period. Colds, yuk.
